"When I decided to purchase a new home, I knew already that I would want Michael as my mortgage broker. He had helped me purchase my first home and the transaction was smooth due to his diligence and extensive knowledge and experience. My newest purchase was an estate sale with numerous complications as a result of actions or, more precisely, non-action on the seller's side. I would not have been able to close had it not been for Michael's advocacy and assistance. There's a considerable amount of pressure inherent to the home-buying process and Michael buffered it to the extent possible. He responded promptly, if not immediately, to every one of my numerous phone calls, e-mails, and texts and explained the terminology and process clearly each step of the way. His communication was open, honest, and precise and that's exactly what I needed to make the decisions that are best for me and my family. There's a difference between buying a house and buying a home, just as there's a difference between brokering and consulting and Michael understands that very well.
