"We felt like we had a great rate, but we did not do enough benchmarking to fully ascertain that, and the entire process is honestly as seamless as it can be. Sure, plenty of documents were required, but Erica and her team always gave clear indications of what was requested, then took care of all the paperwork for us and ultimately just asked us to verify and sign. Quite an easy process from on our end.
Lastly, they were highly responsive to answer any questions we had."
